Mr. Shabeel Ummer, Shaikh Hamdan Initiator Educator Distinguished Award winner in 2018 is a lawyer by profession but an educationist by passion is a pioneer in the education sector UAE and beyond. Shabeel holds a Masters in HR & Sales & Marketing, Dual Bachelors in Law with extensive certifications in NLP.

A man of excellence with his hard work had created a paradigm shift in the field of education by being a critical friend to few educational institutions, governing board member, trainer, facilitator, lawyer and many more. His desire and the quench in imparting excellent knowledge to the outer community led to the establishment of “Students Factory” – Corporate Training Consultancy” in 2017. He has authored the book “Me and my loneliness often speak...”Compiled Poems in 2007 and his efforts and excellence have been acknowledged and awarded at various dignified platforms and forums. Having shouldered responsibilities from legal to business management and human resources, he brings a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces his skills to impact and connect with the audiences. Shabeel has around 100,000 participants across all levels starting from Front Line Executives to Senior Management and over 1000 Workshops in more than 5 countries and transformed around 54 nationalities. To conclude he would like to summarize himself as a person with a vision in igniting the spark of creativity with less words and more action.
